A free informational seminar at Detroit's Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped on the Michigan Assistive Technology Loan Fund, which provides low-interest loans (up to $30,000, no minimum) for purchasing assistive technology including communication aids, mobility equipment, and computer access devices. The program is a partnership between MSUFCU and United Cerebral Palsy of Michigan.
