Adaptive Kids Yoga Tuesday evening series on Zoom starts Jan 19, 2027. RSVP free to join the waitlist.
"We change the pose, not the kid." Inclusive, trauma-informed yoga for kids & teens of all abilities, live on Zoom from anywhere in the US.
Tuesdays, six weekly 50-minute sessions starting Jan 19, 2027:
• 8:00 PM ET Strength & Steady (ages 6–12): 7 PM CT / 6 PM MT / 5 PM PT
• 9:00 PM ET Teens (ages 12–17): 8 PM CT / 7 PM MT / 6 PM PT
$379 for six sessions. Florida families: Step Up For Students EMA provider · private pay welcome everywhere. Saturday classes (from Jan 16) are also available, including Little Movers (3–5).
Taught by Yogi Kimber: RYT-500 with 1,000+ teaching hours, trauma-informed (Veterans Yoga Project), US Air Force veteran, and youth sports coach.
